property-metric.com/ge ("we", "our", or "the Service") takes user privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy details our data practices regarding our Chrome Extension and website.

1. Information Handling & Local Storage

Our browser extension is built with a privacy-by-design architecture:

• Property Browsing Data: Property listing details parsed from MyHome.ge and SS.ge (prices, coordinates, floor areas) are stored solely within your local browser storage (chrome.storage.local). They are never transmitted, sold, or synced to any external server.
• No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location tracking, or financial data.

2. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our website (property-metric.com/ge) may use lightweight, privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to evaluate traffic and system performance without setting tracking cookies or collecting fingerprinting vectors.

3. Third-Party Links

The Service provides direct links to third-party portals (MyHome.ge, SS.ge, napr.gov.ge). We hold no responsibility for the privacy terms or practices of those external destinations.

4. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to revise this policy periodically. Any changes will be posted directly to this URL with immediate effect.
